Pass the tissues. Oh how I weep for those poor victims of the RCMP raid of the Cons' headquarters. Not. The tories are scrambling to paint themselves as being oppressed after yesterday's raid (which continues today). The problem is that they appointed the two Elections Canada officials they're now suing and that they applaud the RCMP (even protecting Zaccardelli to the bitter end) except when they're the targets of a legally-sanctioned warrant. As spring training nears its conclusion, Von Hayes’ managerial style is coming into focus. The best way to describe him is demanding. The skipper wasn’t happy with his club today and it had little to do with the Barnstormers’ 10-8 loss to the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs at Charlie Gehringer Field. Hayes wants to see better effort. That includes the fundamentals during the games and the preparation before them. “I’m seeing some lackadaisical play and approach from some guys,” Hayes said.

No. 2, by the time we get a nominee, and start campaigning against McCain, our candidate's dirty laundry will be old news, while McCain's issues will sound like revelations.
